This Privacy Policy defines how personal data of users of the website sp30.ru (the "Site"), owned by Pervoye Opytno-Konstruktorskoye Buro LLC (the "Operator"), is processed and protected.

• getting in touch with the user in response to their configuration request.

5. Legal basis and consent

Personal data is processed on the basis of the user's consent in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data". The user gives consent by ticking the corresponding box in the form before submission.

6. Storage and transfer

• Data is processed by the Operator solely for the purposes set out in Section 4.
• The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
• Personal data is stored no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing, after which it is deleted.

7. Your rights

The user may at any time withdraw consent to the processing of personal data and request correction, blocking or deletion of their personal data by sending a request to info@1okb.ru.

8. Final provisions

The Operator reserves the right to amend this Policy. The current version is always available at sp30.ru/privacy.html.

Consent to the processing of personal data

By submitting the form on the Site and ticking the box "I agree to the processing of personal data", the user grants Pervoye Opytno-Konstruktorskoye Buro LLC consent to process the personal data they provide (email address) for the purposes set out in Section 4 of this Policy, for the period necessary to achieve those purposes, and confirms that they have read the terms of this Policy.
